ABOUT ERIN MYLES

I’m a video editor and videographer with more than seven years of experience creating content for broadcast, digital and social platforms.

I started my career in the edit room, where I learned how to take hours of footage, interviews and natural sound and find the story within it. Working in a fast-paced newsroom strengthened my ability to make editorial decisions quickly, collaborate with producers and directors, and deliver polished video under tight deadlines.

Over time, my role expanded beyond post-production. I worked in studio production, coordinated live and breaking-news coverage, trained colleagues on editing workflows and new technology, and became a go-to resource for technical problem-solving. I later moved into field production and videography, shooting interviews, B-roll and breaking news while continuing to bring an editor’s perspective to every assignment.

My work now spans long-form features, entertainment, breaking news and short-form social video. I’ve taken projects from field production through post-production, written accompanying digital stories and adapted broadcast content for social media, including an Instagram video that generated more than 125,000 views.

I bring an editor’s eye to every stage of production—thinking about story, pacing, sound and the final edit while I’m still behind the camera. I’m excited to apply that combination of editorial judgment, production experience and visual storytelling to broadcast, digital, social and branded content.
